Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to join?

CIA requires a $100 individual student monthly fee to participate OR a $150 monthly family fee to include up to 4 siblings. There is an annual $100 registration/materials fee for families paid in your first month of enrollment.

How do I pay the fees for CIA?

Upon registration confirmation for your student, you will be emailed an invoice directly. Fees are due on the first Friday of each month. Payment is currently accepted via Venmo: @CIA_Enrichment OR if preferred, checks can be written out to “Center for Innovation at Anthem”

Do parents have to stay while the students participate?

No. Parents are invited to volunteer for different parts of our program, however, we encourage parents to use this time for accomplishing household tasks or errands, having personal self care time, family or couples time, or participating in something they enjoy! Your children are safe with us.

What is the dress code?

Wear whatever you feel confident in! We ask that students are prepared for physical movement, crafts, and snacks! Our colors are Red, White, and Blue! We will have spirit days and encourage dress up!

What are the hours?

Drop off is between 8:00-8:15am, and pick up is at 12:00pm Tuesdays (middle and high school ages), and Thursdays (elementary school ages)!

What ages are able to participate?

We invite all ages K-12 to join us. For Pre-K ages, please reach out to Madyson Wier to determine if inclusion can be accommodated.

What should my student bring to CIA?

Students should come ready to participate with the following items: 1-2 snack items, water bottle, packed lunch, backpack or bag appropriate for school items, and any items medically necessary (inhaler, Epi-pen, etc.) We cannot facilitate the taking of medication—please be sure medication is consumed prior to arrival at CIA. For students who are in need of potty training, an additional permission form will be needed to allow staff to intervene on a case by case basis to ensure safety and comfort all around.

What if my child has allergies?

Upon registration, you will be asked about allergies your student may have. Please let us know the severity of these allergies so we are able to adequately update CIA team members and families.
